Suwa Hideo is a Japanese singer and lyricist, recognized for his contributions as a vocalist in the BEMANI series of music video games and for his work on anime theme songs. He was born on March 26, 1974, and is known for his distinctive loud and rough singing voice.

In the context of anime, Suwa Hideo is most notably credited for his work on the 2002 television series Bomberman Jetters. He performed two opening theme songs for the series. The first opening theme, used for episodes 1 through 41, is titled Boku wa Gakeppuchi. For this song, he served as both the lyricist and the singer, with composition and arrangement by Tatsuya Furukawa. The second opening theme, used for episodes 42 through 52, is Hop Skip Jump! Suwa Hideo again wrote the lyrics and performed the song, while the composition was handled by Tatsuya Furukawa and the arrangement by Masahiro Iuchi. Additionally, a reprise of Boku wa Gakeppuchi was used as the ending theme for the final episode of the series.

Beyond his anime work, Suwa Hideo has a significant and well-documented career as a music creator within the BEMANI game franchise. He made his first appearance in the series with the game pop'n music 6 in 2001. Since then, he has become a frequent and popular vocalist across numerous BEMANI titles, including beatmania IIDX, jubeat, and GuitarFreaks & DrumMania. A large portion of his musical output in these games has been in collaboration with the composer Tatsuya Furukawa, who is also known by his alias good-cool. Together, they have also used the joint alias School for several releases. Outside of his work for games and anime, Suwa Hideo has released his own solo music. His album releases include Takkyuudou from 2003, Masurao: Takkyuudou 2 from 2004, and Mugen Dai from 2012.
