Andrew T. Chandler is an American voice actor primarily associated with Funimation, now known as Crunchyroll, where he has lent his voice to numerous English dubs of Japanese anime series and video games. Born on May 4, 1979, in Victoria, Texas, he developed his performance foundation at the Quad C Theatre Program at Collin County Community College in Plano, Texas.

Chandler's career in anime voice acting is extensive, featuring a wide array of supporting and recurring characters across many popular franchises. He is perhaps most widely recognized for his long-standing association with the Dragon Ball series, where his notable roles include the villain Cooler in the Dragon Ball Z movies and video games, the narrator of Dragon Ball GT, and characters such as Spopovich and General Rilldo. Another prominent role is Scorpio in the long-running series Fairy Tail. In the One Piece franchise, he has voiced characters like Absalom and Yama. His work also extends to classic series such as Yu Yu Hakusho, where he played Byakko and Bakken, and Case Closed, in which he voiced multiple characters.

Chandler provided the voice for the character Acqua of the Back in the English adaptation of A Certain Magical Index II. This role is part of a broader filmography that includes appearances in The Devil Is a Part-Timer! as Nord Justina, Jormungand as Edgar, Space Dandy as Minato, and Unbreakable Machine-Doll as Cherubim.
