In late February, with entrance exams finished and graduation approaching, the students of Class 3-E find themselves under increasingly strict government surveillance. As they look back on their tumultuous year with their teacher Korosensei, memories resurface of the fading doodles they drew on Professor Bitch, special swimming lessons, clashes with the students of Class A, and Valentine’s Day chocolates. The classroom fills with nostalgic conversation and laughter as they recall these moments.

Meanwhile, during winter break, Korosensei was targeted by a group of four assassins, though he easily dodged their attacks as always. Later, when he visits the izakaya the group frequents to tease them, he ends up saving the blind owner Azusa, who is burdened by debt, and her daughter Hotaru from a dangerous incident. Through this encounter, Korosensei once again confronts his own fate and strengthens his resolve to fulfill his duty as a teacher with all his might until the very end.

As a new day begins, the students of Class 3-E continue their efforts to assassinate Korosensei before the deadline, while he smiles and deflects their attacks, offering praise for their growth. In the end, Korosensei leaves behind his final completed work, a graduation album that reflects the students’ futures and connects the story to the series finale. The film features the return of the original voice cast including Jun Fukuyama as Korosensei, Mai Fuchigami as Nagisa Shiota and Hotaru, and Nobuhiko Okamoto as Karma Akabane, among many others.
